Mushroom and Sauekraut Filling

Chopped mushrooms
Chopped cabbage
Sauerkraut (drained)
A few chopped shitake mushrooms
Tabasco soy sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste

Sauté all ingredients and add seasonings to taste. You may want to sauté cabbage separately until lightly brown, and sauté shitake mushrooms separately until brown. Then combine mushrooms and cabbage with other ingredients, heating through.
