Scrambled Tofu
1 pound firm tofu, crumbled
2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon mustard seeds
2 tablespoons mustard
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Pepper
1 tablespoon turmeric
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
2 tablespoons dried yeast flakes
Heat oil on medium heat in a large frying pan. Add mustard seeds to hot
oil. When the seeds crackle, add turmeric. Add the rest of the ingredients
and fry for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
