Frozen Peanut Butter Pie

One 9” baked pie shell
1 pound tofu
1/4 cup oil
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup honey
1/8 teaspoon salt
Semi-sweet chocolate shavings, for garnish (optional)

Blend oil, vanilla, honey, and salt in a food processor or blender until smooth and creamy.
You may need to add salt and oil to adjust taste.
Pour into the baked pie shell. Garnish with semi-sweet chocolate shavings or curls if you like. Freeze.

Let thaw for about 10 minutes before serving.
