Lemon Glaze

1 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Mix together confectioner’s sugar and lemon juice to make the glaze. Pour glaze on top of cake after it has cooled.

Note: unbleached flour helps the cake look white when cooked as bleached flour makes the cake browner. And thus, we have a paradox in baking.
