Really Easy Fruit Turnovers
Pepperidge Farms Puff Pastry Sheets*
Filling 1:
2 cups apples, diced, with skins removed
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon sugar **
1/4 cup raisins
Filling2:
2 cups frozen berries, thawed and drained a little
1-2 tablespoons sugar
Let Puff Pastry Sheets thaw out. Then unfold the sheets. Cut each sheet
into squares and place a small spoonful of filling in the middle. Fold
the sheets over into little triangles and pinch sides together to seal
them.
Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees until golden and fluffy.
* Found in freezer section near pie crusts.
**May need to adjust sweetness depending on the sweetness of the apples
