Energy Bar
Equal portions Chinese pumpkin seeds and oatmeal
1 package pressed dates
1/2-1 teaspoon salt
Honey
Nuts (cashews or peanuts work better)
Line a deep-dish pan with foil (you can sprinkle some oatmeal on the foil
to make eating with your hands easier).
Mix dry ingredients including the nuts. Mix the dates in by hand until
the ingredients are barely sticking together. Add enough honey until all
the ingredients stick together.
