Standard Fat Free Bread Recipe

3 cups bread flour
1 cup whole-wheat flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 packet or 2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon powdered skim milk or soy milk (optional, but I think it helps)
1 1/2 cup hot water

Follow usual procedure for bread maker. Makes a 1 1/2 lb loaf.
