Aloo Gobi

Aloo-potato
Gobi-cauliflower
Chili powder
Cumin seeds
Mustard seeds
Turmeric powder
Garam masala powder
Curry powder
Tomatoes
A small cup of yogurt, buttermilk, or soy milk

Cut the cauliflower into small cubes. Peel the potatoes and cut them too into small cubes. Microwave them to ensure that they are quite soft so that the cooking time is reduced.
Take a pan and pour oil in it. Heat it for a few minutes. Then put a handful of mustard seeds and cumin seeds until they spurt out. Then put in the sliced potatoes and cauliflower. Keep stirring them constantly. Add a spoon of chili powder, garam masala powder and curry powder.
Add salt to taste. Allow the entire curry to cook for a period of 10-15 minutes.
Add the contents of soy milk or yogurt into the curry and stop the heat. Stir the dish.
Now it is ready to serve.
