Aloo GobiAloo-potato Take a pan and pour oil in it. Heat it for a few minutes. Then put a handful of mustard seeds and cumin seeds until they spurt out. Then put in the sliced potatoes and cauliflower. Keep stirring them constantly. Add a spoon of chili powder, garam masala powder and curry powder. Add salt to taste. Allow the entire curry to cook for a period of 10-15 minutes. Add the contents of soy milk or yogurt into the curry and stop the heat. Stir the dish. Now it is ready to serve.
