Cauliflower and Potato Curry

A few potatoes boiled in their skins and cooled
1 small head cauliflower, cut in small ¼” thick pieces
2 small tomatoes
A handful of frozen green peas (optional)
1 green chili, chopped (optional)
1 teaspoon mustard seeds (optional)
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
Salt, to taste
Oil

Fry cauliflower in some oil until it is brown, and then remove it from the pan.
Add some more oil to the frying pan, add mustard seeds and let them fry until they start to pop. Immediately add turmeric, cumin powder and green chili. Fry for a few seconds, then add tomatoes, cauliflower, some frozen green peas, and salt.
Mix everything well and fry it for a few more minutes.
