Chick Peas and Tofu Burgers (1)3 cans chick peas, drained 3-4 carrots, shredded Lots of oatmeal Fry the carrots and celery until soft. Combine and mix everything well. Add oatmeal, some flour, baking soda, Tabasco soy sauce, lemon juice, and parsley. Make mixture into patties and fry in a frying pan lightly on each side. Cook on low heat to ensure everything will be cooked throughout.
