Chick Peas and Tofu Burgers (1)

3 cans chick peas, drained
1 14-ounce package tofu
Curry powder
Some water (not much, if needed)
Italian seasoning
Salt
Pepper

3-4 carrots, shredded
2 celery sticks

Lots of oatmeal
Some flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
Some lemon juice
Lots parsley, chopped
Tabasco soy sauce (or soy sauce)

Mash drained chickpeas and tofu with a potato masher or use a food processor. Add water (if needed), curry powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
Fry the carrots and celery until soft.
Combine and mix everything well. Add oatmeal, some flour, baking soda, Tabasco soy sauce, lemon juice, and parsley.
Make mixture into patties and fry in a frying pan lightly on each side. Cook on low heat to ensure everything will be cooked throughout.
