Curry
1-2 tablespoons curry powder
1 can of coconut milk
2 large potatoes, cubed
3 large carrots, sliced (not too thin)
1 package mushrooms, cubed (optional)
1 package frozen peas
Some soy paste or sauce (optional)
Some oil
Salt, to taste
Heat oil in a pan. Put curry powder into the oil, add salt and fry everything
for a few seconds. Add coconut milk, potatoes and carrots. Coconut milk
should not be covering the vegetables completely (they should be above
the liquid a little bit). Let this cook for a while, and then add mushrooms.
At the end add peas and soy sauce or soy paste (optional). That is it.
