Lemon Rice (1)Oil, to fry 1-2 tablespoons cashews 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 5 cups cooked rice (can start with 2 cups raw rice) Heat oil in a pan and add the first four ingredients in the order specified. After the spices brown and the seeds start to pop, add the next 6 ingredients. Take off the stove, do not cook anymore. Add rice and mix all the ingredients well. Add lemon juice and salt to taste. Mix well.
