Potato-Cauliflower Curry

Oil
A few potatoes, boiled in their skins and cooled
1 small cauliflower, cut in small ¼ inch thick pieces
1 green chili, chopped (optional)
1 teaspoon mustard seeds (optional)
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 small tomatoes
1 handful frozen green peas (optional)

Fry cauliflower in some oil until it is browned; remove it from the pan. Add some more oil to the frying pan. Add mustard seeds and let them fry until they start to pop. Immediately add turmeric, cumin powder, and green chili. Fry for a few seconds, then add tomatoes, cauliflower, some frozen green peas, and salt.
Mix everything well and fry it for a few more minutes.
