Potato-Cauliflower CurryOil Fry cauliflower in some oil until it is browned; remove it from the
pan. Add some more oil to the frying pan. Add mustard seeds and let them
fry until they start to pop. Immediately add turmeric, cumin powder, and
green chili. Fry for a few seconds, then add tomatoes, cauliflower, some
frozen green peas, and salt.
