Stir Fried Rice

Oil
Dried shitake mushrooms, soaked and finely diced
Corn
Peas, frozen
Carrots, cubed
Rice
Soy sauce
Salt
Mushroom powder
Sesame oil

Fry mushrooms in oil. Once the mushrooms are cooked, then add corn, carrots, and peas. Fry the vegetables until flavors have blended. Add the rice and heat through thoroughly. Add mushroom powder, soy sauce, and salt to taste. When the food is almost ready, add sesame oil. Mix thoroughly.
