Thai Tofu and Beans
Tofu, cut into large chunks
Oil, for frying
Some green beans
Fry tofu in oil and set aside.
In a separate pot, steam some green beans.
Combine the tofu and beans with peanut sauce (see below) and heat through.
Serve over noodles or rice.
Peanut Sauce:
1 part peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
1 part vinegar
1 part water
1 part soy sauce
Mix all ingredients together until smooth. You can change the consistency
of the sauce by adding more water.
