Artichoke Dip

2 cans Artichoke Hearts (in water, not oil)
I cup Veganaise
I cup grated Vegetarian Parmesan Cheese (rennetless)
I small can Diced Mild Green Chile Peppers

Mix all ingredients together in an 8” x 8” baking dish. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees until topping is lightly browned (up to 45 minutes).

Enjoy with Triscuit crackers, or Tortilla chips. Best if served in a motorhome on the open road, but you can enjoy them at home too.
