Hummus (2)

1 can garbanzo beans
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons tahini (use peanut butter if you don’t have tahini)
1 teaspoon paprika, for color
2 tablespoons olive oil
A few fresh parsley leaves
Water, as needed
Salt

Put all of the ingredients into a food processor and whirl them until you get a paste that is desired consistency. Add water to help blend ingredients and to make the mixture thinner.

For a richer hummus: instead of diluting with water, use olive oil.
