2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and chopped in small pieces
16 ounces sour cream
1 cup buttermilk or yogurt
Salt, to taste
A few coriander leaves, chopped
Optional:
Bell pepper, finely chopped
Jalapeņo pepper
Red and yellow pepper
Mix sour cream, curry leaves, and the chopped vegetables. Add the buttermilk,
salt, and coriander leaves. Mix well.
