Arabian Spinach

2 bunches fresh spinach, washed and coarsely chopped
Olive oil
1 packages mushrooms, washed and sliced
1 cans chickpeas, drained
Cumin seeds or cumin
Salt and pepper

In a frying pan, sauté mushrooms in olive oil with cumin seeds. Add the spinach, cover, and let steam for a few minutes until spinach is wilted. Stir in chickpeas and heat through. Add salt and pepper to taste.
