Broccoli
Olive oil
Sea salt
1 pound broccoli, fresh and cut into 1 ½-2 inch long pieces
After the broccoli is cut, rub salt on broccoli. Heat a layer of olive oil
in a skillet over medium-medium high heat. Put broccoli in pan. Make sure
broccoli gets coated evenly with oil. Turn broccoli occasionally. Broccoli
is done when it turns bright green.
