Indian Green Beans
Oil
Mustard seeds
Turmeric
Salt
Green beans, cut into small pieces
Chili powder
1/2 cup water
Heat oil. Add mustard seeds and fry until they begin to pop. Add turmeric and cook the spices together. Then add green beans.
After frying the beans for some time add red chili powder and salt to
taste. Fry for some more time. Then add some water. Cover till the green
beans cook.
