Indian Potatoes2 tablespoons oil Heat the oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds. When they pop, add
curry leaves and chili pepper. For Peanut Potatoes: follow the directions above. Add cumin seeds to the oil instead of mustard seeds. Add sugar to the potatoes when you add salt. At the end, add ground (granular) roasted peanuts. Sauté the potatoes.
