Stuffed Mushrooms (2)
Large button mushrooms
Celery, chopped
TVP
Oil
Soy paste
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Remove the stems from the mushrooms. Cut up the stems.
Soak the TVP in water. You may need to rinse the TVP a few times.
Sauté the mushroom stems, TVP, and celery in soy paste and oil until mushrooms
stems and celery are softened.
Add mayonnaise to the mixture. Stuff the mushrooms with the mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees until the mushrooms look cooked.
