Tofu with Mushrooms and Tomatoes

1 package firm tofu, cut into slices
1 can diced tomatoes
1 cup sliced mushrooms
Salt and pepper
Oil
Soy sauce or vegetarian mushroom sauce

In a large skillet, cook the tofu on both sides in a little oil until a little brown. Add sliced mushrooms and cook a few minutes until mushrooms are soft. Add tomatoes and soy sauce or vegetarian mushroom sauce to taste.
