Kelly's Vegetable Chili
2 cans black beans
2 cans red beans
1 can yellow corn
2 boxes 26.5 POMI Strained Tomatoes
2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon. cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenine pepper
1 can Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 yellow pepper diced
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup TVP
2 tablespoon. oil
Cook oil, TVP and yellow pepper until soft in a soup pot.
Add the rest of the ingrediants.
Simmer on low for about 2-3 hours.
Serve with shredded mild cheese and corn chips.
