Super Easy Mexican Tomato Soup

1 can refried beans
1/2 cup tomato paste dissolved in 4 cups water
1 can corn
1 small can chopped green chilies
1/2 cup chopped cabbage
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper (red or green)
2 teaspoons cumin powder
2 tablespoons oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Fry the cabbage and bell pepper in oil for a few minutes on high heat. Add other ingredients and bring to a boil. Serve with tortilla chips.
