
Use-your-old-fruit-smoothie
(if you have some fruit that are getting ripe, make a smoothie!)
2 cups ripe mango, peach, strawberries, pineapple (can be frozen)
1 Banana (can also be ripe)
1 cup Apple juice
Blend until smooth. Surprisingly good!
Typically, many non-citrus fruits (save apples and perhaps pears) do really well when made into a smoothie after they get to be a little ripe (when they start to shrivel a little…)
