scrambled tofu

Scrambled Tofu (vegan)

1 15 oz pkg firm or extra firm tofu
1 1 Tbs tumeric
1 Tbs paprika
2 1 Tbs mustard
2 Tbs nutritional yeast flakes (they really do make all the difference—don't leave them out)
1 tsp oregano
1 Tbs white sesame seeds
red pepper
2 Tbs oil
3 Tbs soy sauce

Fry all ingredients except soy sauce over medium high heat for 5-7 minutes, allowing the tofu to brown slightly. Then add soy sauce and fry for 2-3 more minutes. Serve with toast. Makes 2-3 servings.
