
Corn on the Cob with Spicy Butter
4 Tbs butter or vegan margarine
1 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp dried parsley
1-1/2 tsp dried red pepper flakes
grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Several ears of corn.
Boil corn until tender, approximately 15 minutes. Make spicy butter by softening butter in microwave for a few seconds and then mixing in remaining ingredients. Spread over hot corn and serve.
