Spinach Artichoke Dip

1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 10 oz box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterrey jack works well)

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and spread into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 375 for 15 -20 minutes or until brown and bubbly. Serve with pitas or tortilla chips.
