Sweet Potato Casserole
6 cups sweet potatoes, mashed
1 stick butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups pecans
1 teaspoon salt
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
2/3 cups flour
2/3 cups melted butter
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine sweet potatoes, butter, vanilla, salt, eggs, and milk well. Put into a casserole dish that is greased with butter.
Combine brown sugar, pecans, flour, and melted butter and put on top of the sweet potato mixture. Bake for 35 minutes.
