Beets and Orange Salad
2 14 oz cans sliced beets, drained
3 small or 2 large oranges
2 tsp orange zest
1 cup vegetable oil
2 Tbs white basalmic or apple cider vinegar
1 tsp white or black pepper
1 tsp cumin
Cut out sections from oranges, removing white membrane. Combine with sliced beets. Wisk together remaining ingredients to make dressing. Toss dressing with salad and serve.
