Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

2 large potatoes, cut into cubes
2 Tbs olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp dried rosemary

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss until potatoes are well coated. Spread potatoes out on a cookie sheet or baking dish so that all the potatoes are in one layer. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
