Tomato Basil Soup1 cup butter, melted In a blender, puree butter, flour, and broth. Add tomatoes and puree. Put mixture in pot. Add basil, cream, salt, and pepper. Cook. If soup is too thick, add more broth or water. (This soup turns out best when using real cream, butter, and fresh basil) |
