Spicy Tomato Salsa


2 whole jalapeno peppers
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1 16 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
juide of 1 lime
1/2 cup fresh cilantro or parsley
salt to taste

Remove the seeds and white membrane of the jalapenos (unless you want the salasa to be REALLY hot). In a food processor or blender, puree all ingredients except tomatoes for a few seconds. Add tomatoes and blend until the salsa is as chunky or smooth as you like. Chill before serving.
