taco salad

Taco Salad

refried beans or 1 15 oz can vegetarian refried beans
1 cup guacamole
1  15 oz can of corn, drained
1  cup chopped green bell pepper
1/3 cup sliced black olives
1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
2/3 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup sour cream (optional)

Layer all ingredients in a casserole dish and serve with tortilla chips. Or serve all ingredients in individual bowls with taco shells and tortillas for a make-your-own taco or burrito bar.
