Stir Fried Noodles10 oz firm tofu, sliced into 1 inch strips Cook noodles according to package directions and drain. In a large skillet or wok brown tofu strips over medium high heat in 2 Tbs of oil and 1 tsp salt. Remove tofu from pan and add 1 Tbs more oil. Add ginger and vegetables and stir fry for 5 minutes, or until the veggies are cooked but still crisp. Add tofu, noodles, soy sauce and sesame oil to the veggies in the pan. Toss everything together and heat all the way through. Serve hot garnished with sesame seeds. |
