Fried Rice

Fried Rice

Cook 2 1 cups of rice

2 ribs celery, chopped
1- 1 cups red or green bell pepper (or 1-1 pepper, chopped)
1 1- 2 cups total: frozen peas, carrots, corn

2 1 tablespoon margarine melted (on the frying pan) or oil
4 teaspoons salt, divided
3 teaspoons vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame seed oil

Fry celery and bell pepper in margarine on high heat until both are soft. Add peas, carrots, and corn, and a little salt and cook together for a couple minutes. Turn heat to medium and add rice. Mix well. Add the rest of the salt, soy sauce, vinegar and stir well until everything is heated through. Turn off the heat and add the sesame oil, mix through.
