Fried RiceCook 2 1 cups of rice 2 ribs celery, chopped 2 1 tablespoon margarine melted (on the frying pan) or oil Fry celery and bell pepper in margarine on high heat until both are soft. Add peas, carrots, and corn, and a little salt and cook together for a couple minutes. Turn heat to medium and add rice. Mix well. Add the rest of the salt, soy sauce, vinegar and stir well until everything is heated through. Turn off the heat and add the sesame oil, mix through. |
