Potatoes and Peppers

3 medium potatoes (Yukon Gold are good), peeled and sliced into strips
4 medium green bell peppers, sliced into strips
3 Tbs vegetable oil
2 Tbs fresh dill
salt and pepper to taste

Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Fry potatoes for 5 minutes then add peppers and continue cooking for another 7-10 minutes, or until potatoes are cooked through. Remove from heat and add dill.
