Grapefruit Salad

Lettuce, shredded (or your favorite salad greens)
2 grapefruits, sliced in half with sections taken out*
2 handfuls potato chips, crushed
1 can corn, drained
2 bell peppers, chopped
vegetable oil
1 tps Sugar

Toss lettuce, bell pepper, corn, and potato chips. Add ¾ of the grapefruit chunks to salad.
To make dressing, squeeze out grapefruit juice from the rest of the grapefruit that is not added to the salad. Add a sugar to the juice. Then, add enough vegetable oil to triple the volume of the dressing and whisk together. Toss with salad and serve immediately.

* Leave behind the white membrane
