
Greek Style Salad
2-3 cups shredded romaine (approximately 1 head)
1 1 cups shredded white cabbage
2 diced tomatoes
1 cup sliced black olives
3 cup crumbled feta (or 1 cup chick peas for vegan version)
dressing
juice of 1 lemon
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tsp dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
Toss all ingredients together and top with pita chips for an extra crunch.
