Sweet and Sour Salad

1 head Red leaf lettuce, coarsley chopped
2 cups diced tart apples like granny smith
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
1/2 cup rasins

Toss together with House Dressing.

House Dressing

1/4 cup sugar
1 Tbs salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup hot water
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
3/4 cup vegetable oil

Dissolve the sugar in the hot water then whisk together with the rest of the ingredients.
