Really Easy Fruit Turnovers

1 pkg frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed

Filling:

2 cups diced fresh apples (without skins)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon sugar (adjust sweetness depending on the sweetness of the
apples)
1 cup rasins

or

2 cups frozen berries, thawed and drained a little so they are not too wet
1-2 tablespoons sugar

Cut each sheet of puff pastry into squares and place a small spoonful of filling in the middle. Fold the sheets over into little triangles and pinch sides together to seal them. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees until golden and fluffy.
