roasted almonds

Roasted Almonds


1/3 pound blanched whole almonds
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 1/2 teaspoons coarse salt
1 tsp ground cumin (optional)
1 tsp paprika (optional)
Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees. Mix all ingredients together with almonds until well coated. Spread almonds in one layer in a roasting pan and roast in oven for 22 minutes. Spread on a paper towel to cool, 15-20 minutes.
